Job Title: AppDynamics - Lead or SME

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled OpenKyber SME with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated technical proficiency in implementing full-stack observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenKyber, hands-on experience in automation scripting, and strong knowledge of SAP application monitoring.
Experience with SAP monitoring configuration using OpenKyber is a Key requirement.
Strong experience in deploying SAP ABAP agent, Java agent and HANA DB monitoring.
Strong experience with OpenKyber, including APM, EUM, DB, APPS
Strong understanding of observability concepts, including traces, logs, and metrics.
Knowledge of ABAP code-level visibility to diagnose performance bottlenecks and create a Health Rules
Experience in Creating Custom BT s , Dashboards using Analytics
Experience is configuring OpenKyber BIQ functionality for SAP O2C cycle.
Experience in ABAP dumps, IDOC s and Batch Job monitoring.
Strong knowledge on Building SQL queries
Integration knowledge with Service-now
Preferred Certifications:
OpenKyber Certifications (e.g., OpenKyber Associate Performance Analyst).
