Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong hands-on experience in Agile ceremonies and Azure DevOps.
The ideal candidate will facilitate agile processes, foster collaboration, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through effective team guidance and continuous improvement.
Essential Job Functions: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritise work.
Remove impediments and promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and accountability.
Utilize Azure DevOps to manage sprints, track progress, and maintain visibility of deliverables.
Support and guide Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master accountabilities.
Nice to have experience or familiarity with tools used by the client, including Lucid, Confluence, and Service Master
