Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting high-volume payroll processing, payroll reporting, and payroll-related journal entries. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical payroll expertise, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume payroll accurately and timely
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support month-end close
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with high-volume processing required
• Proficiency with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll system required
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience preparing payroll journal entries and supporting reconciliations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
