Candidate Requirements for Ocean Treasure (SEO / Digital Marketing): ✅ General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Understanding of the B2B market, preferably in the food or seafood industry.
• Fluent in English (Business English level or higher).
• Basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Strong self-organization skills and ability to work remotely. SEO and Website Management:
• Proficient in SEO tools and techniques, including:

o keyword research and semantic core development; o on-page and off-page optimization; o technical SEO audits;

• Confident user of Google Analytics, Yandex. Metrica, and other analytics platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and UX analysis.
• Strong SEO copywriting skills and content planning abilities.
• Implementation of organic link-building strategies.

Automation and Digital Development:

• Experience in automating business processes and workflows.
• Project management of internal tool development and mobile app initiatives.
• Management of business developers and coordination of tech teams.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially SugarCRM.
• Experience integrating third-party services (e.g., Zoom Phone) into company infrastructure.

Marketing and Events:

• Proven experience in organizing trade shows and offline marketing events.
• Ability to update and manage promotional materials in line with brand standards.
• Budget planning and ROI evaluation for marketing activities.
