Develops solutions based on business and technical criteria to deliver on program organic growth. Researches current and emerging technologies and process methodologies and proposes changes and tailoring based upon customer or program needs. Assesses existing system and business process architectures currently in place and works with staff to develop technology insertion proposals that offer enterprise improvements or savings. Develops proposal graphics, technical presentations, cost estimate inputs and briefings to support technical narratives. Identifies customer requirements, analyzes alternatives, and develops product recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
Responsible for the writing, research, design, development, and updates to proposals. Analyzes RFP requirements and develops RFP/proposal cross-reference matrix. Writes, edits, and revises technical materials and coordinates with technical personnel to ensure accuracy.

● Works with technical teams, finance, contracts and program management to develop solutions that meet technical and business goals
● Collaborates with the team to identify solutions that fix customer programs or needs
● Leverage IT knowledge and experience to ensure solutions can be implemented and meet customer timelines and budget constraints

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
