**Job Title: Structural Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder for a day shift position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structural welding and fitting. This role requires a safety-minded, highly productive individual who can cut, fit, tack weld, finish weld, and read blueprints for all structural steel parts and sub-assemblies. **Responsibilities** + Cut, fit, tack weld, and finish weld structural steel parts and sub-assemblies. + Read and interpret blueprints for structural steel components. + Work independently to fit, tack, weld, and assemble all structural parts according to the given prints. + Ensure welding is completed within the parameters of a WPS/PQR. + Recognize and rectify sub-standard welds to ensure product quality. + Execute plans efficiently to complete jobs on time within the estimated hours. + Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals. + Perform basic tasks such as assembly, grinding, sanding, and shop clean-up as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years' experience in shop fabrication and welding of structural steel parts and sub-assemblies. + Extensive knowledge of welding with GMAW & FCAW thermal processes in manufacturing. + Ability to pass a weld qualification for each process. + Ability to read and understand drawings, prints, and dimensions. + Self-motivated and highly productive, requiring minimal supervision. + Ability to work outside of standard hours when required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to be a team player and company-oriented individual. + Punctuality and dependability. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for overtime, learning, and growth in weld processes. The role requires flexibility to work outside standard hours to meet project deadlines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Catoosa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
