We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Transcriptionists to join our remote team and help us maintain accuracy and professionalism in our documentation.
Responsibilities
Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings into written documents.
Review and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency.
Ensure confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive information.
Meet established deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate with team members or clients to clarify unclear portions of recordings when necessary.
Organize and store completed transcripts according to company procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a transcriptionist, typist, or similar role.
Excellent listening and typing skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and written English.
Familiarity with transcription software or tools (preferred).
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
