Job Description

Role Overview:
Step into a role where performance meets luxury . Our growing spa network offers high-end aesthetic treatments and premium skincare across multiple locations nationwide. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will be assigned to different spa locations based on business needs , supporting on-site teams while achieving sales goals. All travel, accommodations, and transportation are arranged in advance, including flights, hotels or Airbnb, gas, tolls, and a company car. This allows you to focus on creating exceptional client experiences while driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for spa treatments and premium products.

  • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for each client to maximize revenue.

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients , ensuring loyalty and repeat business.

  • Partner with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership to align team objectives.

  • Travel to assigned locations while maintaining consistent performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in high-ticket or consultative sales .

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills .

  • Results-oriented, motivated by performance and KPIs .

  • Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and new teams .

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Comfortable or agreeable with being a W9/1099 independent contractor , responsible for own taxes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $3,000 monthly base pay , plus commission on all sales.

  • All travel expenses covered , including flights, gas, tolls, and accommodations such as hotels or Airbnb.

  • Company vehicle provided as needed.
