As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will be deployed to different spa locations based on operational needs , supporting on-site teams by driving sales performance and enhancing the overall guest experience. Travel arrangements are fully coordinated in advance, allowing you to focus on sales, client relationships, and results.
This role suits someone who enjoys change, movement, and working in refined environments , and who understands how to connect with clients seeking high-quality, results-driven aesthetic treatments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Present and sell luxury aesthetic treatments, memberships, and skincare solutions .
Consistently achieve individual daily sales goals while supporting team-wide targets.
Establish trust and long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling.
Work closely with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership to ensure a seamless client journey.
Transition smoothly between spa locations while maintaining professionalism and performance standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Background in high-ticket or consultative sales is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics .
Open and flexible when it comes to travel and short-notice assignments .
Valid driver's license required.
Comfortable working as a W9/1099 independent contractor , with responsibility for personal taxes.
Compensation and Perks:
Guaranteed base pay of $3,000 per month , plus commission on every completed sale.
All work-related travel expenses covered , including flights, gas, tolls, and accommodations such as hotels or Airbnb.
