Treasury Analyst

Description

This position will support the daily wire activities and Know Your Customer (KYC) process for Bank Administration Operations (BAO) team with-in the Global Cash management (GCM) team.

• Responsible for the administration and activation of required services for the efficient management of the Treasury's operations - Responsible to maintain a customer centric culture in which continuous improvements opportunities are promoted, recognized, and adapted within the department

Wire Payment CW:

• Process daily wires through the BPM platform

• Review Daily wires for 100% accuracy and process

• Initiate daily wires and tickets through the BPM tool

KYC CW:

• Intake bank requests and track them

• Reach out to banking partner partners in support of KYC

• Complete the KYC process with support for BAO team

• Internally gather information and critically think to find solution

• Process request in support of document signers

• Open close bank accounts

• Complete end of day reporting

• Provide updates to leadership on daily wire processing

• Maintain access to banking portals to complete workload

• Process items using the Business Process Management (BPM Tool)

• Support question focused on wire processing

• Provide a strategic vision for Treasury process and system enhancement projects and collaborate with all stakeholders and external consultants

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
