Job Title: Distribution Warehouse Associate
Shifts 8:00AM-4:45PM and 10:00AM-6:45PM

Pay rate: $21-25hr DOE

We are hiring Distribution Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile scanners to pick orders, manage inventory, and capture shipment details.
• Use PC programs (WMS, email, Excel, shipping portals) for shipping/receiving tasks, reports, and label printing.
• Process outbound shipments: measure, package, label, and verify orders meet quality standards.
• Support inbound deliveries: check in drivers, unload freight, inspect shipments, and reconcile inventory in WMS.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts (dock lift, stand-up, or cherry picker) to move, load, or put away products safely.
  Communicate with carriers, clients, and team members by email and in person to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WMS or similar systems).
• Ability to lift, move, and handle freight safely.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
