Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, palletizing.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack
• ensure all materials are categorized properly for processing.
• Monitor work quality and enforce safety practices
• Identify process improvements to make warehouse flow more efficient.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and manage a team.
• Basic technology literacy (logging weights and checking Slack).

Always on time and sticks to the schedule
