Job Description

We’re growing fast and are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented installer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality installations and wants to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are willing to train the right candidate. A contract must be signed for a minimum of 2 years if we are training. If you have no experience, you will be starting at $15/hour. Once you are on your own with each service, you will get a wage increase. If you already have experience, your wage will be determined by your experience. Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality window tint and paint protection film (PPF) installations on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
• Follow install schedules and meet daily output expectations
• Travel to nearby dealerships for mobile installs (Unity, Wilkie, Meadow Lake, etc.), driver's license is a MUST
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate clearly with team leads regarding job status
• Cleaning cars to be able to do the job right
• Never skip steps or try to do things quicker just to get it out the door

Qualifications:

• Learn and retain information quickly
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tint or PPF installation (or both)- again, willing to train but must be willing to sign a 2-3 year contract to gain experience/ training
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently and on-site at dealerships
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• A positive attitude with a team spirit & always putting the team first.
• Someone who does not procrastinate and finishes the job before going home or at least not putting everyone else behind schedule
• Always finding something to do, even if there is "nothing to do"
