Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** As an Anesthesia Technician, you will work closely with the anesthesia team and surgical staff to help every procedure go safely and smoothly. You will play a key role in keeping equipment ready, supporting patient care, and helping create a safe, comfortable environment throughout the surgical journey. **Your responsibilities will include** : + Preparing and organizing anesthesia equipment and supplies by reviewing surgery schedules and planning for what the team will need + Setting up, transporting, and maintaining anesthesia carts and equipment to keep all supplies clean and ready for safe use + Helping patients by assisting with transfers, positioning, preparation, and applying non-invasive monitoring devices + Acting quickly and confidently if an emergency happens + Keeping the environment clean and safe by following infection prevention and safety practices + Speaking openly with patients, families, and your team, always protecting patient privacy and advocating for patient rights **What qualifications you will need:** + Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date TriStar Summit is a 230+ bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women's services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center.
