Commercial Roof Project Manager/Sales Needed!

We are actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add a Roofing ProjectManager/Sales to their team! They need a commercial roof expert to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Their values are a BIG part of who they are, so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers.

Commercial Roofing PM Duties:

* Building the business with potentional new clients
* Coordinating project activities with interior operations of the building
* Protecting the building and building content for any projects that they are working on.
* Understanding how materials and roofing systems go together and come apart in order to complete repairs to existing roofing systems.
* Communicating with members of the crew as well as project supervisor/Superintendent and/or business owner.
* Ensuring Projects run smoothly with insight on growth and market trends

Commercial Roof Experience Required:

* 2+ years of commercial roof experience
* Experience in communicating to clients and representing a reputable company
* Management experience with field individuals
