This Position reports to:

Job Description:

• Motor Testing & Assembly: Test motors using machines connect and wire components and perform tasks like sleeving and forming according to instructions and blueprints.
• Technical Skills: Operate and adjust machines use electrical measuring devices read diagrams and manufacturing instructions and understand flex flow and day/rank systems.
• Quality & Communication: Ensure defect-free products meet specifications and production goals; communicate issues order supplies and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Safety & Flexibility: Follow safety protocols maintain housekeeping cross-train within the department and be willing to work overtime and perform other duties as needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
