Job Duties And Responsibilities The Creative Project Manager is a pivotal role, driving the successful delivery of high-quality creative assets by expertly coordinating people, processes, and technology. This position ensures seamless collaboration between clients and the creative team, effectively translating strategic objectives into executable project plans. The manager will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight, from initial brief through final delivery, maximizing resource efficiency and maintaining clear communication.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal creative teams, maintaining clear, consistent, and proactive communication
- Manage the intake, vetting, and prioritization of creative briefs, ensuring strategic alignment and readiness for execution
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including scheduling, progress tracking, and deliverable timelines
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations, providing comprehensive recaps, actionable feedback, and clearly defined next steps
- Utilize project management platform, HIVE, to effectively manage timelines, tasks, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional creative production teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across design, copywriting, and development disciplines
- Lead efforts in capacity planning, resource allocation, and project forecasting to maximize operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed project documentation including workflow guidelines, status reports, and decision logs
- Onboard and manage freelance and contract resources as needed to meet project demands
- Continuously assess and refine internal processes to ensure adaptability and alignment with organizational growth
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and the management of internal systems and tools
Skills, Experience And Requirements Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in project and/or account management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing organization
Skills And Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in project management software, with HIVE experience considered a significant asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
- Experience with both digital and print marketing initiatives is preferred
- High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to synthesize information into actionable plans

Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
