Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee the organization's enterprise-wide information security program to mitigate risks and align with business objectives. - Lead initiatives for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Privacy and Data Protection, Incident Response, and Cyber Resilience. - Identify, analyze, and communicate information security risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. - Manage and mentor a small team of cybersecurity professionals, providing strategic direction and practical guidance. - Design and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and strategies to strengthen the organization's overall security posture. - Respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential impacts. - Conduct security audits and assessments, including ISO 27001 compliance and risk-based internal auditing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity measures support product and system integrity, availability, and confidentiality. - Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices and protocols, adapting to emerging threats. - Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address cybersecurity challenges.
