Job Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older
• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and team-player mentality

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish area, sinks, and storage areas clean and organized
• Assist with trash removal and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
• Restock clean items in designated areas for kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies for dish area
• Support cooks and team members with additional cleaning or prep tasks as needed
