Responsibilities

• Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns according to schedule.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to meet the unique needs of different audience segments.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future email marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, privacy regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Campaign Monitor) and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and branding.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive email content.
