Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven ETL Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Teradata, along with hands-on experience in Azure Data Services and Data bricks.

The ideal candidate will be part of a cross-functional agile team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of scalable data integration solutions in a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Teradata for large-scale data processing.
• Build and orchestrate data workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
• Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver value incrementally.
• Participate in PI Planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of the SAFe Agile framework.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across all data integration processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL performance and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong expertise in Teradata including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Shell, Python).
• Experience with Azure Data Services: Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.

Agile & SAFe Ways of Working

• Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Ability to work in cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and contribute to Program Increments (PIs).
• Comfortable using Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ODI, Teradata, or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices in data engineering.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments
