We’re now expanding in the US — and looking for our first Named Accounts Executive to help bring Alinia’s mission to life for American financial institutions and enterprises adopting AI at scale.

Your Role

As we continue our expansion across North America and Europe, we are looking for a creative, execution-oriented Named Account Executive to join the team and maximize the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Alinia within the regulated industries sector.

Reporting to our CEO, as a Named Account Executive at Alinia you will focus on building relationships and closing new business opportunities within a small, targeted portfolio of enterprise-class financial services clients. You will come with an informed point of view on Data, Governance and AI which will help to guide your successful execution strategy and allow you to provide genuine value to these important clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from deal qualification and organization mapping to negotiation and close — for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Build positive relationships with key decision makers (up to and including C-level) and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Data & AI-related subjects.
  • Drive new business and increase footprint and consumption by identifying and qualifying opportunities, running tailored demos, and articulating Alinia’s unique value in ensuring compliant, trustworthy AI deployments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer needs inform roadmap and implementation.
  • Represent Alinia at events, conferences, and client meetings , helping shape our brand presence and thought leadership in AI governance.
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and long-term customer relationships in the US and European markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of hands-on sales experience , ideally in B2B SaaS, compliance, or data/AI solutions
  • Track record of closing deals independently and growing accounts year over year .
  • Demonstrated success selling into banks, financial institutions, or other regulated industries within the U.S. and/or Europe — with strong relationships or credibility in the space.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and communicate across technical and business audiences.
  • Understanding of how to identify important use cases and buying centres in order to increase the impact of Alinia within an organization.
  • Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models.
  • Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value .
  • Experience of following robust sales methodologies and process , e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience building effective champions and collaborating across teams to support execution of your account plans.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills , with the ability to make AI governance tangible and relevant for executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is ideal for this role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and eager to help shape a category-defining startup.
  • Based in the US (East Coast preferred) , with flexibility for travel to clients and events.
