UCHealth and Parkview Medical Center are ready to welcome a Board Eligible or Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to their team in Pueblo, Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits: (to be discussed further at second interview)
- The pay range for this full-time position is $450,000-$530,000/annually . If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Vascular Surgery (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED (New graduates will not be considered)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (3+ years of post-residency experience) in Vascular Surgery REQUIRED
- Board Certified - PREFERRED
- Active CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED * no exemptions
