**CTG is seeking to fill a Process Management Consultant position for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **About the Role:** Are you an expert in business process management and automation? CTG is looking for a Process Management Consultant to design and implement cutting-edge BPM solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency. You'll work with leading BPM platforms, RPA technologies, and GenAI tools to transform business processes in the healthcare payer space. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian, Oracle BPM, IBM WebSphere, Pegasystems, and related platforms. + Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop models that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. + Lead automation initiatives using RPA and Generative AI to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort. + Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative, scalable process solutions. + Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare payer processes and process automation best practices. **Required Skills & Expertise:** + Proven experience as a Healthcare Payer Consultant. + Strong background as an Automation Architect with hands-on RPA experience. + Proficiency in BPM platforms: Appian, Oracle BPM, IBM WebSphere, Pegasystems. + Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) applications in process automation. + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Experience:** + Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise BPM solutions. + Experience leading automation initiatives in healthcare or related industries. + Strong track record of integrating BPM solutions with existing enterprise systems. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required. + Advanced BPM or automation certifications preferred. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
