We have an immediate opening for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our fast-growing promotional marketing company. As a PR and Communications Assistant, you will support the Marketing Manager in executing high-impact PR campaigns , coordinating promotional events, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. This role offers hands-on experience and a clear path for advancement into senior campaign management based on your performance and initiative.
Manage and execute projects assigned by the Marketing Manager
Collaborate with marketing and key accounts to align PR campaigns with customer promotions
Coordinate in-store events and ensure smooth event operations
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and retail staff
Assist in creating promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising displays
Maintain detailed records of event traffic, inventory, and production
Help develop and refine strategies to measure PR campaign effectiveness
Identify new business opportunities and suggest process improvements
Motivated self-starter eager to launch a marketing/PR career
College degree or currently pursuing one preferred
0–2 years of experience or internships in PR, communications, marketing, or sales a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Professional, service-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
Adaptable, dependable, and responsible
Basic understanding of PR, communications, marketing, and sales concepts
