Job Title: Resort & Hotel Travel Specialist- Remote
We’re seeking motivated individuals to help clients plan incredible resort and hotel getaways around the world. As a Resort & Hotel Travel Specialist, you’ll match travelers with top accommodations that fit their lifestyle and budget, while managing the entire booking process from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Consult with Travelers: Understand client preferences, budget, and travel goals to recommend resorts tailored to their needs—whether family-friendly, adults-only, luxury, or beachfront.
Manage Travel Plans: Assist with booking accommodations and coordinate related logistics such as flights, transfers, travel insurance, and special requests.
Stay Informed: Keep up with resort trends and destinations including Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and beyond. Offer guidance on excursions and activities that enrich the experience.
What You Bring:
Interest in hospitality, travel, and delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Comfort managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
No experience needed – we provide all training.
Enthusiasm for exploring global destinations and helping others do the same.
