$42/hour local RN rate
Travel RN pay packages available for nurses living 50+ miles away
Weekly pay – paid every Friday

Shift Details:
Night Shift RN: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM
30-minute break
Every other weekend required
New hire orientation twice per month
Job Description:
Western Mental Health Institute is a state psychiatric hospital providing inpatient mental health services. This RN role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate care to patients with mental health needs while supporting treatment plans and maintaining a structured, secure environment.
RNs may also have opportunities to serve as Charge Nurse or Shift Supervisor, making this a great option for nurses seeking psychiatric experience and leadership growth with consistent scheduling.
RN Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification (AHA only)
Current TB (chest X-ray if positive)
Current physical
Must pass drug screen and fingerprint background check
