Job Description

Our client, an import/export company in Miami, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand their customer base across the Southeast region. This role involves prospecting new accounts, managing client relationships, and closing deals with retail and wholesale buyers. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works closely with logistics and customer service teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is an on-site position at their Downtown Miami office with travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue
  • Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM system
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
