Citadel Protection Group - Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and experienced Armed Security Supervisor – to lead and support our security operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service and possess the skills and mindset required to oversee protection duties. This supervisory role demands a high level of judgment, integrity, leadership, and tactical awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide armed supervision and leadership to security officers on assigned shifts.
• Oversee and manage scheduling, shift coverage, and personnel coordination.
• Monitor and enforce post orders, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely incident reports, activity logs, and shift summaries.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, threats, and incidents using appropriate levels of force.
• Conduct security assessments and maintain a strong presence at designated locations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and law enforcement as needed.
• Train and mentor security officers under your command, ensuring operational readiness and effective performance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Blue Card (armed security license).
• Ability to carry a firearm and less-lethal weapons.
• Strong report writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in scheduling, supervisory tasks, and personnel management.
• Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and capable of working independently.
• Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record is required.
