Security Supervisor (North Shore, MA)

Schedule:  Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday   
Shift:  Will vary between 2nd and 3rd shift 
Locations: Northshore, MA (Revere, Everett, Somerville, Malden, Medford)
Pay range: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour

Job Description:

As a  Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, training and ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. 

• Oversee and manage security systems.
• Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
• Supervise security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
• Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties

Requirements :

• Oversight of multiple residential security sites.
• Leadership of multiple security officers.
• Scheduling and problem solving skills required.
• Frequent communication and coordination with Account Managers required.
• Ability to work varying shifts and have a flexible schedule.
• Previous security experience required, supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have personal vehicle..
