Part-Time/Full-Time (Evening Shifts 2pm-9pm)

Our team is integral to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our stores. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Associate to join our team as an Evening Cashier.

Job Summary:
As an Evening Cashier, you will be the face of our store during evening hours. You will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and responsibly.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and store promotions.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile the cash register at the end of shift.
- Restock shelves and merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.
- Keep the checkout area and store clean and organized.
- Assist in managing inventory by participating in stock counts and monitoring product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous cashier experience or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [specific weight] as needed.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
