Position: Part-Time CA / CS (Tax & Compliance) Location: IP Extension Type: Part-Time, Contractual ?? Key Responsibilities Chartered Accountant (CA):

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Handle GST registration, returns, and compliance
• Assist with TDS calculation, challan preparation, and filing
• Provide tax planning and advisory for individuals or businesses
• Prepare financial statements as required
• Respond to income tax notices and assessments

Company Secretary (CS):\ Ø Ensure ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.) Ø Maintain statutory registers, minutes, and compliance documents Ø Handle company incorporation, closure, and amendments Ø Conduct board meetings and ensure legal compliance Ø Advise on Companies Act & secretarial standards ?? Requirements ØQualified CA or CS with active membership ØKnowledge of Indian tax laws, Companies Act, and related filings ØGood communication and document handling skills ??
