What You'll Do:

We are currently seeking a Tour and Retail Coordinator for our Ada facility. This position will be the primary tour guide at the facility for daily tours of the Wilson Football Manufacturing Factory, giving a minimum of two 60-minute tours per day, with the opportunity to grow.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Gather visitor feedback to improve future tours.
  • Schedule plant tours with outside guests, including maintaining the tour reservation system.
  • Welcome and check in visitors for tours and retail customers.
  • Work with marketing and factory management to grow the factory tours and retail sales.
  • Work and support the retail shop. Run the register, replenish product, keep retail store in acceptable condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the visitors areas, including but not limited to lobby and retail space.
  • Ensure visitor safety by enforcing factory guidelines and monitoring group behavior.
  • Support special events, VIP visits and media tours.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Be able to explain the step-by-step process of how footballs are made – from cutting leather to shipping.
  • Create on-boarding program for future tour guides.
  • Handle incoming donation requests and present to management for approval.
  • Perform other related office duties and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For :

We are looking for a candidate with customer service and/or retail experience. A high school diploma or GED will be required for this position. Must have experience with Office Programs, including Word, Excel, etc.

  • A team player with positive and professional attitude who can collaborate with all types of personalities.
  • Values excellent public interaction to ensure positive Wilson factory perception.

  • Knowledge of and passion for football.
