Role Overview
We are seeking a Travel Sales Manager to drive sales, mentor front desk teams, and improve client experiences at multiple spa locations. This travel-based role involves assignments of 60 to 90 days per location, depending on how quickly each spa stabilizes and meets its operational and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to assigned spa locations for 60 to 90 day periods to support sales performance and operational stability.
Coach and mentor front desk teams to increase sales of treatments and retail products.
Engage directly with clients to provide personalized recommendations for services and products.
Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Support on-site promotions and collaborate with local management on marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in sales, ideally in spa, wellness, aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and motivate teams to perform at a high level.
Comfortable with frequent travel and quickly adapting to new locations and teams.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, presenting a professional presence.
Compensation and Benefits
$3,000 per month base salary plus uncapped commission.
