In-Office Only – 100% Outbound Calls

About the Opportunity
Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is a well-established, family-owned home improvement company with a long history of helping homeowners upgrade their living spaces. We’re growing fast and looking for energetic, phone-savvy individuals to join our in-house call center team.

This is a full-time, in-office position focused entirely on outbound calls to potential and past customers. You’ll play a critical role in helping homeowners schedule their free design consultations and in reviving leads that previously went cold.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads—no cold calling required
• Set in-home appointments for our sales team
• Reconnect with past customers and leads to spark renewed interest
• Overcome objections and build rapport quickly over the phone
• Enter call notes and appointment details into our CRM system
• Consistently hit daily and weekly goals for appointments and dials

Who We’re Looking For

• Must have previous experience in outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Strong communicator with confidence, energy, and resilience
• Driven by results and able to handle rejection professionally
• Organized and dependable—someone who shows up on time and ready to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM and scheduling systems

• Full-time, Monday through Friday and weekend shifts
