Bilingual (English/Spanish) Temp Staffing Recruiter - Food Manufacturing and Light Industrial

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Temp Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a strong background in recruiting within the food manufacturing and light industrial sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on both our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for temporary positions within the food manufacturing and light industrial industries.
• Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for available positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, orientations, and onboarding processes.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings as required by clients.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to staffing and employment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources, particularly within the food manufacturing or light industrial industries, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
