Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to support manual and automated testing efforts for Blue Yonder supply chain planning tools. This role will focus on validating configurations and enhancements across planning modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deployments and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes. The position does require onsite 12 days per month/3 days per week in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include: Perform manual and automated testing of Blue Yonder configurations in QA environments. Validate enhancements and deployments across modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Inventory Management. Conduct integration testing with backend systems, especially SAP ERP. Participate in regression and performance testing activities. Collaborate with QA Leads, developers, and business users to understand user stories and execute test cases. Support incremental project and enhancement work across North American functionalities. Contribute to light development/configuration tasks as needed. Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing. Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) systems or similar advanced planning tools. Familiarity with SQL for backend validation. Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and follow defined testing processes. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro. Exposure to ERP systems, ideally SAP. Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies. ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent.
