Since 2009, our team has worked steadily to make this dream a reality. We’ve designed and tested many generations of prototype aircraft capable of serving in a network of electric air taxis. We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service.

  • 3+ years of experience executing against and/or developing manufacturing work instructions (MWIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and/or other technical documentation
  • Experience designing, implementing, enhancing, and/or delivering safety training programs in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
