Overview:
Marvin Love and Associates is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team within the hotel group division. This role will be integral in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hotel group’s portfolio.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to shape marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance to ensure optimal return on investment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotels or resorts.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Required: Marketing experience at the corporate level within a hotel group.
