Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our growing travel team. In this role, you will help clients discover, plan, and book exceptional travel experiences. You'll provide expert recommendations, manage reservations, and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations all while working remotely in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets

  • Recommend destinations, packages, accommodations, and experiences tailored to client interests

  • Manage the full booking process including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities

  • Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-up and support

  • Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure accurate rates and availability

  • Stay informed about travel policies, emerging destinations, and industry updates

  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
