LaSalle Network is hiring a Warehouse Manager for an established industrial manufacturer in Addison, IL. This Warehouse Manager role is perfect for a leader who enjoys building teams, optimizing warehouse operations, and creating scalable processes. You’ll own daily operations while driving continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, and packaging.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations
• Assign and prioritize daily work for warehouse associates
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 10 employees
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and packaging processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiative
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage high performing teams

This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity and will require a fully on site schedule at our client's warehouse location in Addison, IL. The work hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm central. This position offers a pay rate between $70,000 – $80,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan.
