Great Expectations SPC is one of the fastest-growing affordable housing developers in the Pacific Northwest, and we’re hiring a Real Estate Private Equity & Operations Associate for our accelerated rotational program.
In this two-year experience, you’ll gain hands-on responsibility across property operations, asset management, acquisitions, development, and capital markets. You’ll work directly with our senior team on live deals, portfolio performance, technology initiatives, and on-the-ground resident support—building skills that typically take years to acquire in traditional firms.
